This developed campground in the Indian Creek Recreation Area is closed due to damage from the 2021 Tamarack Fire and will remain closed until the area is safe. The campground is four miles from Markleeville. Situated at an elevation of 5,600 feet near Indian Creek Reservoir, the area offers access to boating, fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking, and biking. The facility provides sites with tent pads, fire rings, grills, and picnic tables, including some that are ADA-accessible. It can accommodate vehicles up to 45 feet in length.
