St. Charles Campground is a developed campground in the Pike-San Isabel National Forest, located at 8,600 feet within the Lake Isabel Recreation Area. Sites are reservable and can accommodate vehicles up to 45 feet in length. Each campsite provides a picnic table, fire ring, tent pad, and bear-proof food locker. Drinking water is available from a hand pump, and the campground has vault toilets. Situated on St. Charles Creek, the area offers fishing for brown, rainbow, and brook trout. Nearby trails are open to hiking and biking. The nearest town for fuel and supplies is Beulah, about 8 miles away.
