This developed, tent-only campground is in Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. The campground has strict vehicle restrictions: motorhomes, trailers, and towed vehicles are prohibited due to a very small parking area. The maximum vehicle length is 15 feet. Located about 13 miles west of Redding, the campground provides access to fishing in Clear Creek and boating, hiking, and biking near Whiskeytown Lake. Each site is equipped with a picnic table, fire ring, and grill; vault toilets are shared. There is no drinking water available. Some campsites require a short walk from the parking space to the tent site.
