Amenities include fire rings, grills, picnic tables, and ADA-accessible sites. Two boat ramps provide access to the lake for boating and fishing for crappie, catfish, and Saugeye. The area also features hiking trails and nearly 2,700 acres of public land for hunting. The nearest town for fuel and supplies is Council Grove, about 3 miles away.
