Shadow Bay

This developed campground in the Willamette National Forest sits on the shore of Waldo Lake. The 92 sites have fire rings and picnic tables, and can accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet. Nineteen sites are reservable. The location offers boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming, and access to a network of hiking and biking trails, including the 22-mile Jim Weaver Loop around the lake. A boat ramp is located on-site. The nearest town for fuel and supplies is Oakridge, about 22 miles away. This campground is at an elevation of 5,400 feet and is known for having a high mosquito population.
