Chippewa

A developed campground in Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, this site offers 78 single and double campsites for tents and RVs. Some sites are reservable and some are first-come, first-served. Electric hookups are available at sites 31 through 49. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring. The campground provides flush toilets, showers, drinking water, a dump station, and an RV fill-up station. Activities center on the Chequamegon Waters Flowage, accessible via a boat ramp, with opportunities for fishing, boating, and swimming at the beach. Anglers will find bass, pike, and bluegill. The nearest town for supplies is Gilman, about 6 miles away.
