Firehole Canyon Campground

This developed campground in Ashley National Forest is located on the northeastern shore of Flaming Gorge Reservoir. The nearest town for supplies is Green River, about 12 miles away. Sites can accommodate vehicles up to 35 feet in length and are equipped with a cabana, picnic table, and campfire ring. The campground provides flush toilets, showers, drinking water, trash collection, and an on-site dump station. Set in a high desert environment at 6,300 feet, the area has minimal shade. An adjacent boat ramp and beach area support swimming, fishing, and boating.
