Anchor Pass Cabin

This developed cabin campground in the Tongass National Forest is a remote site accessible only by boat or floatplane. The 12-by-14-foot cabin sleeps six in two single and two double bunks and includes a wood stove and an outhouse. A mooring float is available nearby. There is no water or electricity; visitors must bring their own supplies and pack out all trash. Water from a nearby creek must be treated. Activities include saltwater fishing, shrimping, crabbing, hunting in season, and wildlife viewing. The nearest town for supplies is Ketchikan, about 45 miles away.
