Several sites are ADA-accessible, and the campground can accommodate vehicles up to 99 feet long. Situated on the Taylor River at an elevation of 8,600 feet, the area offers fishing, rafting, and kayaking. Nearby trails are open for biking. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and a campfire ring. Vault toilets are provided, but campers must bring their own drinking water. The nearest town for supplies is Crested Butte South, about 9 miles away.
